Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual to institutionalise best practices for accounting and finance standards across the Group.
As a member of the Finance team, you will engage with Clermont leadership on financial matters and provide insightful analysis to drive business performance.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Secondment and Posting to Operating Companies (Vietnam or US)
- Lead and drive finance transformation workstream across our portfolio companies
- Manage and streamline day-to-day accounting of entities across multiple jurisdictions
- Monitor portfolio companies, maintain up-to-date financial results and perform periodic analysis
- Contribute to all stages of private investment transactions: origination, due diligence, structuring, execution and divestments
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:
- 6 years of working experience in audit or relevant financial institutions
- Possesses knowledge and experience in M&A execution, private equity funds and/or investment will have an added advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and well organized, able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Proactive mindset with an ability to thrive in a team
Administrative Details
Start date: Immediate preferred
Compensation: Competitive base salary
Benefits: Medical insurance; 21 days annual leave
Education: Degree from first-class institution, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
Experience: 6 years of financial accounting/auditing experience. Big Four experience preferred
Languages: Excellent command of English
Reporting: Reporting directly to Financial Controller
