Responsibilities
HR Operations:
- Deliver a full spectrum of HR operational support, including managing employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll and other operational work
- Maintain employee records and HR data, ensuring timely updates, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance and local regulatory requirements
- Lead smooth and consistent pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, creating a positive employee experience across the full lifecycle
- Coordinate with external partners, including payroll providers, recruiters, and HR consultancy firms, to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with internal standards
- Manage recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate communications
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Learning & Organisational Development (L&D/OD):
- Support Head of HR in designing, implementing, and maintaining training and development programmes
- Conduct capability and identity gap analyses to identify areas for individual and organisational growth
- Develop tailored learning and development pathways, playbooks, and frameworks to close gaps and build talent bench strength
- Draft and maintain manuals, learning materials, and tools to support organisational development initiatives
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, or Organisational Development
- Results oriented, meticulous and unfazed by exacting standards and high requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polished, well-presented and emotionally intelligent
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong sense of urgency and prioritisation
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced, matrixed and dynamic environment
- Numerate and attuned to the business. Prior experience in management consultancy or a middle-office function will be a plus
Administrative Details
Start date: March/April 2026
Compensation: Competitive base salary; discretionary bonus
Benefits: Medical insurance; 21 days annual leave
Education: University Degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 6 years of HR operations experience is preferred
Languages: Excellent command of English
Reporting: Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources
Travel: Based in Singapore, minimum travel required
