Role
We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join Clermont to drive program execution with a focus on organisational culture and effectiveness. They must have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to cut through complexity, managing the end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs across a matrixed organisation. They must have excellent stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships with senior leaders across Clermont and our operating companies.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program planning, execution and reporting across culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams across a matrixed organisation, ensuring quality and timeliness of execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, KPIs and timelines across all initiatives
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and delays across workstreams
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, documentation, and governance
  • Coordinate and hold accountable cross-functional project teams across a matrixed organisation, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and quality of execution
  • Engage operating company teams to drive adoption and embed lasting behaviour change
  • Standardise templates, dashboards, milestone tracking, and reporting formats to ensure consistency and transparency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across Clermont and operating companies for key programs
  • Capture insights and develop best practices that strengthen future execution capability

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally possess the following traits:

  • 5–8 years of experience in program or project management, transformation, PMO functions, or consulting environments
  • Prior experience delivering programs related to organisational culture or effectiveness preferred
  • Proven ability to work with senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholders across complex organisations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, consistently delivering high-quality work end to end
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple programs simultaneously without compromising on quality
  • Resilient and disciplined, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
  • Work effectively independently with modest support and guidance
  • High level of personal accountability and integrity
  • Positive, energising presence with the ability to inspire confidence in teams and stakeholders
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills; Vietnamese language skills highly valued

Administrative Details

Start date: Immediate preferred

Compensation: Competitive base salary

Education: University degree in business management or related subject

Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience

Languages: Excellent command of English required (written and spoken), Vietnamese language skills highly valued

Reporting: Chief Purpose Officer

Travel: Based in Singapore or Vietnam, Regular international travel is required
